Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• Registering you for a course/qualification and checking you meet the prerequisite criteria
• Recognition of prior learning
• You are submitting work to gain certification for a qualification
• Certificating you for a course/qualification
• Contacting you about services we provide following an enquiry from you.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• Information collected through website cookies following you visiting our website.
• We use the information that you have given us in order to:
• Register you for a course of study
• Meet our requirements for regulated qualifications regarding the information required to make assessment judgements for the qualification you have registered for
• Meet any special consideration or reasonable adjustments to assessments based on a request from you/the information you have given us
• Certificate you for a course/qualification
• Respond to an enquiry you made to us for any of our services by email, through lor website or by telephone
• To keep you updated on the services we provide following a request to do so by you
• Inform you of services we offer that you may be interested in
• Improve your website experience.

We may share this information with:

• 1st4sport, the awarding body through which all of our qualifications are certificated. This is a requirement for regulated qualifications.
• Contracted assessors and internal quality assurers to meet the assessment and internal quality assurance processes of the regulated qualifications we provide
• Website hosts and SEO optimisation companies.

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics for the qualification registration period stipulated by the awarding body or until you certify and all external quality assurance processes have been completed, whichever is shorter.  We will then dispose your information by deleting any electronic records we hold and securely disposing of any written submissions you have made.

We use tools like cookies to track and understand how you use our services and products on our website. You can edit your privacy options to turn off certain kinds of tracking. The cookies will be stored until the expiration period, or you delete them. You can do this in your privacy settings.

We keep employee data, including self-employed consultants, for the period of time an employee works for us or is registered with our awarding body, 1st4sport, as a tutor, assessor or internal quality assurer. We will then dispose your information by deleting any electronic records we hold for you upon termination of this contract by either party. We require termination of your contract in writing to info@primoperformancecoaching.co.uk.
